  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to, pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order due to a pricing error after payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete, and that you are an authorised user of the payment method provided.
  • Risk of Loss and Title Transfer (In compliance with ACL): For goods purchased from EZ Purchases, the risk of loss and title for the goods remains with EZ Purchases until the goods are successfully delivered to you, the consumer.

3. Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping within Australia via Australia Post or Aramex.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Queensland, Australia). Our daily cut-off time for order processing is 11:59 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
  • Processing Time: It typically takes 1-3 business days to prepare your items for shipment.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 5-15 business days for domestic orders.
  • Tracking: Tracking numbers will be sent via email upon dispatch.
  • Delays: Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control. While EZ Purchases is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, we will assist in resolving issues for undelivered or lost orders as per our Shipping Policy.
  • No International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship internationally; our services are limited to Australia-wide.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Your rights for returns and refunds are governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Eligibility for Return: You may request a return or exchange if your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description, or incorrect due to our error. ACL Consumer Guarantees apply for a reasonable period, not limited to 30 days.
